Don’t like what you received? It’s okay! You still have 30 days to return any item. Due to some products being produced by print by demand services, please click the links below to view the return policy for items.

General Return Policy

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale will be refunded at sale price only. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number. 

If your product arrived either defective or damaged, we will be more than happy to offer an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, enclose a photo of the damaged item, and send your item to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In order to begin processing a refund, please email us indicating you wish to to begin the refund process. Please provide us with a receipt and, where applicable, an image of the item indicating quality issues or damage. This will help us issue your refund quickly! Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow a few days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


How to Return Apparel


Sometimes it happens, you get your item and the print quality was a little bad or just didn't meet your expectations. No worries! Just send us an email asking for a refund within 30 days of your order and we'll refund you.

If you wish to exchange for wrong size, poor-quality printing, or damage please send us an image so we can provide this to our printer. Photos help expedite the process so they can see what happened to the product.

We cannot do exchanges for items that may have shrunk when washed. 

How to Return Mugs

Mugs can be returned within the 30 day period if your unsatisfied with the product. Please provide your order number or receipt to help expedite the return process.

If the item was damaged during shipping or the print quality is poor and you wish to have an exchange, please provide a photo so our printer can help expedite the process.
