Don’t like what you received? It’s okay! You have 30 days starting from the day it was delivered to return any item. Please read below for more details.

General Return Policy

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale will be refunded at sale price only. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number. 

Not the right size or color? No biggie! We can get you an exchange without issue! Send us an email requesting a product exchange and will work with you to get you what you need. We do ask to have the unwanted product shipped to us and it must arrive in the same condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for postage of said item.

Damaged Items
If your product arrived either defective or damaged, we will be more than happy to offer a replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and enclose a photo of the damaged item. Photos help issue a replacement quicker as our fulfillment center requires them to process a new item.

There is no need to return these items at all! 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In order to begin processing a refund, please email us indicating you wish to to begin the refund process. Please provide us with a receipt and, where applicable, an image of the item indicating quality issues or damage. This will help us issue your refund quickly! Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow a few days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
